Yoga is a life-long practice, and the transformative benefits of a regular yoga practice are endless. A consistent yoga practice promotes strength, endurance, flexibility and cultivates a sense of calmness and well-being. We are passionate about extending the teachings of yoga and guiding you in your practice. We'll share some really cool yoga poses and help you grow your yoga practice.... spiritually, mentally, and physically.
Classes at Be Well Studios are offered as an 8-week series and require pre-registration. We understand that sometimes a class must be missed, and absences can be made up by attending any other class during the same week. Contact us about joining a series mid-session.
Yogis who are new to Be Well Studios are encouraged to try a class or two at no charge. Contact us if you have any questions or to let us know you're coming.
Wondering which classes are for you?
Mixed-Levels classes are suitable for beginners, masters and everyone in between.
Level 1 classes are designed for those who have had no previous exposure to yoga.
Level 2 classes are designed for the experienced beginner looking to become more familiar with the poses and breath.
Level 3 classes are designed for those looking to deepen their daily, personal yoga practice on and off the mat.
