Yoga at Be Well Studios

At Be Well Studios, we provide an inclusive style of yoga that allows everyone to achieve their wellness goals regardless of body type, age, or limitations.  Our classes are intentionally small, the lights are mellow and there are no mirrors in the studio. 

If you're new to yoga we encourage you to attend one of our Yoga Basics workshops. This one-hour, free workshop is our way of welcoming new yogis into the practice and into the Be Well Studios community. 

 

Wondering which classes are for you?

 

Mixed-Levels classes are suitable for beginners, masters and everyone in between. 

Level 1 classes are designed for those who have had no previous exposure to yoga.

 

Level 2 classes are designed for the experienced beginner looking to become more familiar with the poses and breath.

 

Level 3 classes are designed for those looking to deepen their daily, personal yoga practice on and off the mat.
